we can handle all the time consuming details ranging from exciting
menus and professional staff to site planning, entertainment
and the capuccino cart. Amaryllis is pleased to be catering the
Yo~Yo Ma concert
for the Chamber
Music Society of Detroit and Comerica, as well as a grand concert
for the Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival.
Spring is a terrific
time to plan wine tastings and to peruse our Dining with Friends
menu. Summertime finds Amaryllis busy catering weddings and brunches.
All About Fun is a menu filled with great food choices and
ideas for graduations, bbq’s, golf outings and picnics.
At Amaryllis
we frequently refer to ourselves as low ~tech and high ~art.
Floreen Halpern, owner of Amaryllis, heads a talented staff
of chefs and wait persons. She teaches table top design classes
locally and occasionally cooks dinner for her husband.
