Amaryllis seeks to reflect that "vision " in both menu and ambience
~ whether a charming champagne brunch, a sunny garden reception,
a candle light supper or a glorious gala.
Wedding planning begins with an initial no obligation consultation
during which both venue and menu, as well as budget are discussed.
Following the first meeting, a menu and proposal are sent, outlining
costs for catering and staff. Estimates of additional goods and
services needed,
such as invitations, tents, rentals, linens, paper goods, beverages,
flowers, valet, music, and wedding planning fees are included.
Each step of the way is attended to with great care and
attention to detail to insure a wedding that is the "Most Special
of Occasions."
